Reports & Analytics

The Reports module provides dashboards, custom reports, and KPI tracking to help you understand your organization's health and make data-driven decisions.

Analytics Dashboard

The main dashboard displays real-time metrics:

Custom Reports

Build reports tailored to your needs:

  1. Navigate to Reports → Custom Reports and click New Report
  2. Select the data source — members, events, payments, communications, or volunteers
  3. Choose columns and filters
  4. Set grouping and sorting
  5. Save and optionally schedule for automatic delivery

Scheduled Reports

Automate report delivery:

  1. Open a saved report
  2. Click Schedule
  3. Set the frequency — daily, weekly, or monthly
  4. Choose recipients — staff email addresses
  5. Reports are generated and emailed on schedule

KPI Definitions

Define key performance indicators to track organizational goals:

  1. Navigate to Reports → KPIs
  2. Create a KPI with a name, target value, and measurement method
  3. Track progress on the dashboard
  4. Set alerts when a KPI falls below threshold

Dashboard Widgets

Customize your dashboard with drag-and-drop widgets:

  • Membership metrics
  • Financial summaries
  • Event calendars
  • Communication stats
  • Custom KPI gauges
  • Activity feeds

Each staff member can configure their own dashboard layout.

💡Export any report as CSV for use in external tools. Scheduled reports can also be configured to push data to integrations via webhooks.
