Content Management

The Content module manages your organization's pages, blog posts, documents, forms, and media assets. Content created here can be displayed on your AMS website, shared through the member portal, or distributed via email campaigns.

Pages

Create and manage content pages for your website or portal:

  1. Navigate to Content → Pages and click New Page
  2. Enter the page title and URL slug
  3. Compose content using the rich-text editor
  4. Set visibility — public, members-only, or specific tiers
  5. Publish or save as draft

Blog Posts

Publish articles, news, and updates:

  1. Navigate to Content → Blog and click New Post
  2. Write the post with the rich-text editor
  3. Add a featured image, author, and tags
  4. Set the publish date (publish now or schedule)

Blog posts appear on your AMS website's blog section and can be included in email newsletters.

  2. Add fields — text, dropdown, checkbox, date, file upload, etc.
  3. Configure submission settings — email notification, thank-you page, confirmation email
  4. Embed on your website, share via link, or distribute in an email campaign

Form submissions are stored in AMS and linked to member profiles when the submitter is identified.

  • Organize with tags and folders
  • Reference from pages, blog posts, email templates, and event descriptions
