Billing & Subscriptions

The One Stack uses a per-user plus per-endpoint billing model. Your monthly bill is based on how many staff users you have and how many endpoints you manage.

User Protection (Per Managed User/Month)

User Protection bundles security awareness and posture monitoring into a single per-user add-on billed per client employee managed by the MSP:

Annual Billing

Pay annually and receive a 15% discount on all subscription tiers. Annual billing is available for Operations bundles, Endpoint add-ons, and AI Platform tiers.

Payment Methods

  • Credit card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • ACH bank transfer — Available for annual plans. Contact support to set up.

Managing Your Subscription

Upgrading

  1. Go to Hub → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your new tier
  4. The upgrade takes effect immediately. You'll be prorated for the remainder of the current billing period.

Downgrading

  1. Go to Hub → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select the lower tier
  4. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to the higher tier until then.

Adding Endpoints

Endpoint billing is metered automatically. When a new device enrolls in RMM, Defend, or Backups, it's counted on your next invoice. Removed devices stop billing on the next cycle.

Canceling

  1. Go to Hub → Billing → Cancel Subscription
  2. Select a reason (optional)
  3. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
  4. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted

Invoices

Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month and available in Hub → Billing → Invoices. Each invoice includes:

  • Per-user charges broken down by product tier
  • Per-endpoint charges with device counts
  • AI Platform charges
  • Any prorated adjustments from mid-cycle changes
  • Applicable taxes

Invoices are also emailed to the billing contact on your account.
