The One RMM
The One RMM is a remote monitoring and management platform built for managed service providers (MSPs). It gives your technicians full visibility and control over every managed endpoint — workstations, servers, and mixed-OS fleets — from a single console.
Who Uses It
| Role | Primary Use |
|---|---|
| MSP Technician | Monitor devices, run remote commands, deploy patches, respond to alerts |
| MSP Administrator | Configure alert rules, manage automation scripts, set patch policies, review compliance reports |
| MSP Owner | Fleet-level dashboards, patch compliance, billing usage overview |
Key Capabilities
- Agent installation — One unified agent for Windows, macOS, and Linux; deploys silently via MSI, PKG, .deb/.rpm, Group Policy, or MDM
- Device monitoring — CPU, RAM, disk, network, uptime, processes, Windows services, event logs, and custom metrics
- Patch management — Windows Update, macOS Software Update, and Linux package managers; manual or auto-approve workflows; maintenance windows; rollback (Windows)
- Remote execution — Run PowerShell, bash, or shell commands on 1–200 devices simultaneously with full output capture
- Automation scripts — Schedule or alert-trigger scripts from a shared library; share to the MSP Collective marketplace
- Alert rules — Threshold, state-change, and event-log alerts; route to PSA tickets, On-Call, or auto-remediation scripts
- Performance dashboards — Fleet health overview, per-device graphs, patch compliance by client
- Unified agent architecture — One binary; additional modules (Defend EDR, Backups) activate automatically when licensed, with no reinstall required
Pricing
| Device Type | Monthly Price |
|---|---|
| Workstation | $3/device |
| Server | $6/device |
Bundled pricing is available when combined with Defend or Backups. See Hub pricing for bundle options.
