Hub
The One Hub is the identity and navigation center of The One Stack. Every user starts here — it handles authentication, user management, permissions, billing, and the unified header that connects all 31 products.
What Hub Does
Hub is not a product you "use" in the traditional sense. It's the foundation layer that every other product depends on. When you sign in to any product in The One Stack, Hub is handling your identity behind the scenes.
| Capability | Description |
|---|---|
| SSO Login | Single sign-on via Microsoft Entra ID — one login for all 31 products |
| Waffle Menu | Product switcher accessible from any product via the grid icon |
| User Management | Invite, deactivate, and manage team members across your organization |
| Org Roles | Four platform roles that control access at the organization level |
| Permissions | Granular permission system with product-level overrides |
| Billing | View subscriptions, invoices, and per-seat/per-endpoint breakdowns |
| Product Access | Control which users can access which products |
| Session Management | 8-hour session TTL with secure cookie-based auth |
| Audit Log | 90-day history of all identity and access events |
| Jarvis AI | Cross-product AI assistant accessible via Cmd+J |
How Hub Fits in the Stack
Every product in The One Stack authenticates through Hub. When you open PSA, CRM, Defend, or any other product, the Hub Bar at the top of the page provides:
- Your identity and session
- The waffle menu for switching between products
- Unified search across all products
- Notifications from every product
- Jarvis AI access
Products don't maintain their own user databases. They receive a signed JWT from Hub that contains your identity, org membership, role, and permissions.
ℹ️Hub is available at my.theonestack.com. You can also reach it by clicking the Hub icon in the waffle menu from any product.
