User Management
Hub is the single source of truth for user identity across The One Stack. All user invitations, role assignments, and deactivations happen here.
đ users.manage(Owner or Admin)Inviting Usersâ
- Navigate to Settings > Users in Hub
- Click Invite User
- Fill in:
- Email address â must be a valid Microsoft Entra account
- Display name â how the user appears across all products
- Platform role â Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer (see Org Roles)
- Product access â which products the user can access
- Click Send Invite
The invitee receives an email with a registration link. The link expires after 7 days. If it expires, you can resend the invitation.
Bulk Invitesâ
You can invite up to 20 users at once from the invite screen. Each user can have a different role and product access configuration.
Viewing Usersâ
The Users page shows all members of your organization with:
- Name and email
- Status â Active, Invited, Suspended, or Deactivated
- Platform role â Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer
- Product access â which products they can use
- Last login â when they last authenticated
- MFA status â whether multi-factor authentication is enabled
Use the search and filter controls to find specific users.
User Profile Fieldsâ
Each user has the following profile information:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Display name | Shown across all products |
| Primary email (linked to Entra account) | |
| Phone | Optional contact number |
| Avatar | Profile photo (pulled from Entra or uploaded) |
| Timezone | Used for timestamps and scheduling |
| MFA methods | TOTP, SMS, or email verification |
Deactivating Usersâ
When a team member leaves your organization:
- Find them on the Users page
- Click their name to open their profile
- Click Deactivate
Deactivation immediately prevents the user from signing in. Their audit history is preserved, and their assignments in products (ticket ownership, project membership, etc.) remain intact for continuity.
Removing Usersâ
To permanently remove a user from your organization, deactivate them first, then click Remove. This clears their profile from Hub. Their historical activity (audit entries, ticket comments, etc.) is attributed to "Removed User."
