Billing Overview

Hub provides a centralized view of your organization's subscription, costs, and invoices. Billing is managed through Hub — you won't find separate billing pages in individual products.

Viewing Your Subscription

Navigate to Settings > Billing in Hub to see:

  • Current plan — which bundles and individual products you're subscribed to
  • Monthly recurring cost — total across all products
  • Seat count — number of active users
  • Endpoint count — workstations, servers, and mailboxes under management
  • Next invoice date — when your next charge will process

Pricing Structure

The One Stack uses two pricing models:

Per-User Products

Ops Essentials$82/user/moPSA, CRM, CMDB
Ops Complete$129/user/moPSA, CRM, CMDB, Projects, On-Call, Voice

Invoice History

The Invoices tab shows all past invoices with:

  • Date — when the invoice was issued
  • Amount — total charged
  • Status — Paid, Open, or Draft
  • Download — PDF download for each invoice

Payment Methods

Hub supports:

  • Credit/debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • ACH bank transfer — for US-based organizations

To update your payment method, click Manage Payment on the Billing page. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can add, remove, or change payment methods.

Annual Billing

Switch to annual billing to receive a 15% discount on all recurring charges. To switch:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Switch to Annual
  3. Review the prorated amount and confirm

Annual billing is charged upfront for the full year.

Usage Alerts

Hub can notify you when your costs exceed a threshold:

  • Set a monthly budget on the Billing page
  • Receive alerts at 80% and 100% of your budget
  • Daily anomaly detection flags unexpected cost spikes
â„šī¸Usage alerts are informational — they don't automatically pause or limit your services. They help you catch unexpected cost increases early.

Upgrading or Downgrading

To change your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select the products or bundles you want
  4. Review the prorated cost difference
  5. Confirm the change

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
