Job Board

The Jobs module provides a job board for your organization — members can post openings and applicants can apply directly through your AMS website or portal.

Job Postings

Navigate to Jobs and click New Posting:

  1. Enter the job title, company, location, and description
  2. Set the job type — full-time, part-time, contract, or internship
  3. Add salary range (optional)
  4. Set the application deadline
  5. Choose visibility — members only or public
  6. Publish

Job postings display on your AMS website's job board and in the member portal.

Applications

When someone applies to a posting:

  • The application is recorded with the applicant's name, email, resume, and cover letter
  • Staff receives a notification
  • Track application status — New → Reviewed → Interviewed → Offered → Hired (or Rejected)

Navigate to a job posting and click Applications to view and manage all applicants.

ℹ️The Job Board is commonly used by associations and chambers to help member businesses recruit talent. It serves as a member benefit that adds value to membership.
