Profile Verification

When you apply as a vendor, your profile goes through a content safety review. The system checks your company name, description, and logo for policy compliance. Enterprise and Founding Partner vendors get auto-approved content for subsequent updates.

Your vendor tier badge is displayed prominently on your profile, giving practitioners a signal of your commitment to the platform.

What Appears on Your Profile

  • Vendor tier badge — Starter, Growth, Pro, Enterprise, or Founding Partner
  • Review summary — Average rating across all dimensions, total review count
  • Product listings — All your active products with ratings and categories
  • Featured listings — Products you've highlighted (available on Growth+ tiers)
  • Partner certifications — Any certifications your company has earned

Profile Analytics

Track how your profile performs over time:

  • Profile views — How many practitioners visited your profile
  • Click-through rates — How often profile visitors clicked through to your website or product listings
  • Sentiment analysis — AI-powered analysis of how practitioners discuss your brand (Pro+ tiers)
  • Category benchmarks — How you compare to other vendors in your categories (Pro+ tiers)
  • Competitor comparison — Side-by-side performance metrics (Pro+ tiers)

Analytics aggregate daily and weekly. Growth tier and above receive weekly analytics emails. Pro tier and above get the full analytics dashboard with sentiment and benchmarking.

Editing Your Profile

  1. Go to Settings → Vendor Profile
  2. Update any fields
  3. Click Save

Changes to your profile description and logo go through a content safety check. The update is typically reflected within minutes.

Tips for a Strong Profile

  • Write a clear, specific description — avoid buzzwords and focus on what makes you different
  • Use a high-quality logo on a transparent or white background
  • Link to your actual product pages, not just your homepage
  • Keep your contact email monitored — practitioners expect prompt responses
  • Select the most relevant categories rather than casting too wide
