Listing Review and Approval

New listings go through a content review process before appearing in the marketplace. The system runs an automated content safety check on submission.

  • Starter through Pro tiers — Listings require approval before appearing publicly
  • Enterprise and Founding Partner tiers — Listings are auto-approved

If your listing is rejected, you'll receive a notification explaining why. Edit the listing to address the feedback and resubmit.

Updating a Listing

  1. Go to Vendor Dashboard → Products
  2. Click the product you want to edit
  3. Make your changes
  4. Click Save

Updates to existing listings go through the same content safety check. The listing stays visible with its current content until the update is approved.

Growth tier and above can mark listings as featured. Featured listings get:

  • Higher visibility in marketplace search results
  • A "Featured" badge on the listing card
  • Prominent placement on your vendor profile

Listing Analytics

Track how each listing performs:

  • Impressions — How many times the listing appeared in search results and feeds
  • Clicks — How many practitioners clicked through to the listing detail page
  • Conversions — Click-throughs to your product website

Analytics data is aggregated daily. There is a 48-hour processing delay before stats appear in the dashboard.

Product Requests

Practitioners can request products that aren't yet listed:

  1. Practitioner clicks Request a Product in the marketplace
  2. Fills in the product name, vendor name, and category
  3. Admins review requests and can invite vendors to list

This helps identify gaps in the marketplace and opportunities for vendors.
