Integrations

MSP Collective works as a standalone platform, but it integrates with the broader One Stack ecosystem for users who have other products.

Collective + Hub (SSO)

If you have a One Stack account, you can sign in to MSP Collective using your existing Microsoft 365 credentials through Hub SSO.

  • Single sign-on — Click "Sign in with Microsoft 365" on the login page. Your Collective account is linked to your Hub identity.
  • Automatic verification — M365 users skip email verification and MFA setup (your Hub identity is already verified)
  • Separate accounts — M365 accounts are not automatically linked to email/password Collective accounts. If you registered with email first and want to link M365, contact support.

Collective + Hub Commerce

Vendors can set up a Hub storefront within Collective to sell services directly:

  • Stripe Connect — Connect your Stripe account to accept payments. Platform fees range from 3–8% depending on your vendor tier.
  • Service tiers — Offer free, subscription, or one-time purchase services
  • Consulting bookings — Calendar-based scheduling for paid consultations
  • LiveKit meetings — Integrated video calls for consulting sessions

Revenue events and webhook logs are maintained for audit trails.

Collective + Hub LMS

Courses created in Collective are powered by the Hub LMS engine:

  • Course capacity is gated by your Hub subscription tier (Essentials: 15, Growth: 50, Enterprise: unlimited)
  • Courses can be set to Hub members only or public visibility
  • Analytics available at Growth and Enterprise Hub tiers

Collective + PSA

Vendors can bridge support conversations into PSA tickets:

  • Support tickets created in Collective are written to both the Collective database and the PSA system
  • Tickets use the prefix CST-YYYY-XXXXXX for tracking
  • Integration uses service key authentication between the two systems

This allows vendors who use The One Stack PSA to manage customer support from Collective inquiries alongside their other tickets.

Collective + AI Platform

AI powers several features across Collective:

  • Support chatbot — The support portal includes an AI chatbot powered by GPT-4.1-mini through The One AI Gateway. It provides KB article suggestions and answers common questions.
  • Content assistance — AI helps generate listing descriptions and course summaries
  • Content safety — Automated content moderation checks use AI to flag policy violations before human review
  • Sentiment analysis — Pro tier and above get AI-powered sentiment analysis on vendor mentions (powered by the AI Gateway)
  • Wrapped/Memories — Year-in-review narratives are generated using AI

Standalone Mode

MSP Collective works without any other One Stack product:

  • Register with email and password
  • Full access to the marketplace, reviews, discussions, courses, and community features
  • Vendor tiers and advertising are self-contained
  • No Hub subscription required

The only features that require other One Stack products are Hub SSO, PSA ticket bridging, Hub Commerce storefronts, and Hub-gated course capacity limits.
