MSP Collective
MSP Collective is the MSP marketplace and community platform built into The One Stack. It connects two audiences: MSP vendors who sell products and services to the channel, and MSP practitioners who buy, evaluate, and learn.
Unlike traditional vendor directories, Collective is a living community — with peer reviews, discussion forums, courses, CPE credits, badges, and CPM advertising. It works as a standalone platform (no One Stack subscription required) and integrates deeper when you do have one.

Every community member earns reputation points through participation. Your trust level unlocks additional capabilities:

How Collective Connects to The One Stack
Collective works standalone, but it integrates with the broader ecosystem:
- Hub SSO — If you have a One Stack account, sign in with your existing Microsoft 365 credentials. No separate password needed.
- PSA — Vendors can escalate support conversations into PSA tickets.
- AI Platform — AI-assisted listing descriptions, course summaries, and a support chatbot powered by The One AI Gateway.
- Hub Commerce — Vendors can sell services, subscriptions, and consulting bookings through their Hub storefront with Stripe Connect.
