Mission Entitlements
When a Mission organization is created, Brand automatically provisions a website and landing pages for that organization — no manual setup required. This feature is called Mission Entitlements.
What's Auto-Provisioned
When a new Mission organization (org.created event is received from Mission):
| Asset | Details |
|---|---|
| 1 Website | A pre-built website using the "Community" template, pre-populated with the org name and description |
| 10 Landing Pages | A set of 10 starter landing pages: Welcome, Volunteer Signup, Donation Campaign, Event RSVP (×3), Member Portal CTA, Newsletter Signup, Sponsor Thanks, Contact |
The website and landing pages are created in Draft state — the Mission organization administrator must review and publish them.
Accessing the Provisioned Assets
Mission organization administrators access their Brand assets via:
- Log in to The One Stack with Mission access
- Click the waffle menu → Brand
- The auto-provisioned website and landing pages appear in the library
What's Included in the Auto-Provisioned Website
The auto-provisioned website includes these pages:
| Page | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Home | Hero with org name, mission statement, featured programs, CTA to join |
| About | Organization story, leadership team placeholder, values |
| Programs | Grid of program cards (populated with placeholder content) |
| Events | Event listing (dynamically populated from Mission events when published) |
| Get Involved | Volunteer and donation pathways |
| Contact | Contact form and organization location |
The website uses a "Community" visual template with warm, accessible design. Colors are derived from Mission's default color scheme until the org updates their brand settings.
Customizing After Provisioning
Mission org administrators can fully customize the auto-provisioned assets:
- Update brand colors and logo in Brand Library → open the org's brand → Brand Settings
- Edit website pages in the Website Editor
- Replace placeholder content with real organizational content
- Add or remove pages as needed
- Publish the website (it is created in Draft state)
Connecting a Custom Domain
Mission organizations can connect their own domain to the auto-provisioned website:
- Navigate to Brand → Websites → click the org's website
- Click Domain → Add Custom Domain
- Follow the Domain Management guide
If the organization already has a domain (ourchurch.org), connecting it replaces the default *.theonebrand.app URL.
Landing Page Entitlements
The 10 auto-provisioned landing pages are created with standard Mission-appropriate templates. Org administrators can:
- Edit any landing page content in the Landing Page Editor
- Publish individual pages as campaigns are ready
- Add additional landing pages (up to the 10-page entitlement limit on the provisioned plan)
- Connect CRM campaigns to landing page forms to capture volunteer/donor leads
Entitlement Limits
Mission entitlements are provisioned at the Creator plan level:
| Resource | Creator Plan Limit | Mission Entitlement |
|---|---|---|
| Websites | 1 | 1 (included) |
| Landing Pages | 10 | 10 (included) |
| Custom Domain | 1 | 1 (included) |
| AI Generation | Included | Included |
Mission organizations cannot exceed these limits without upgrading to an Agency or Enterprise plan.
When Entitlements Are Provisioned
Entitlements are provisioned automatically when:
- A new Mission organization is created via Mission's org creation flow
- The
org.createdevent is published to The One Bus by Mission
The provisioning typically completes within 60 seconds of org creation. If assets don't appear:
- Check the Brand dashboard — look for a "Provisioning in progress" indicator
- Wait 2 minutes and refresh
- If assets still haven't appeared, contact support — include the Mission org ID
Deprovisioning
If a Mission organization is deleted or loses Mission access:
- The Brand assets remain in the library (they are not auto-deleted)
- The org administrators lose Hub access to edit them
- A platform admin can manually archive the assets if needed
