Brand Wizard
The Brand Wizard is an 8-step AI-guided process that generates a complete brand identity — logo, colors, and typography — from a description of your business. It uses Claude AI to create 20 unique logo concepts, then refines your chosen concept into production-ready variations.
When to Use the Wizard
Use the wizard when:
- Starting a new brand from scratch with no existing assets
- Creating a brand for a new client who has no logo yet
- Exploring logo concepts before committing to a direction
Use Brand Import instead if you have an existing logo and want to digitize or reverse-engineer it.
Starting the Wizard
- Navigate to Brand Library in the left sidebar
- Click Create Brand
- Select Start with AI Wizard
A wizard session is created and saved immediately — you can close the browser and resume later.
Step 1: Business Information
Provide context about the business:

| Business name | The full legal or trading name |
| Industry | Select from the dropdown (IT Services, Healthcare, Finance, Retail, etc.) |
| Tagline (optional) | A short phrase that captures the brand's value proposition |
| Business description | 2–3 sentences describing what the business does and who it serves |
| Target audience | Who the primary customers are (e.g., "mid-market SMBs in the Pacific Northwest") |
Click Next to proceed.
Step 2: Style Discovery
Choose the visual direction for your brand:
- Personality traits — Select 3–5 adjectives from the grid (e.g., Professional, Bold, Trustworthy, Innovative, Approachable)
- Style preference — Choose a visual style: Modern / Classic / Minimal / Playful / Technical
- Inspiration uploads (optional) — Upload 1–3 reference images for style direction
Click Next.
Step 3: Color Direction
Guide the AI's color choices:
- Color mood — Select a color family: Blues & Greens (trust, stability) / Warm Tones (energy, warmth) / Neutrals (sophistication) / Bold Accent (standout) / Monochrome (premium)
- Must include (optional) — Enter a hex code if you have a required brand color (e.g., from a parent company)
- Must avoid (optional) — Enter colors to avoid (e.g., competitor brand colors)
Click Next.
Step 4: Symbol Type
Choose the logo format:

| Abstract mark | Geometric shape not tied to letters | Enterprise, established brands |
| Emblem | Text and symbol contained in a badge/seal | Industries requiring authority (security, finance) |
Select a type and click Next.
Step 5: Typography
Choose your font pairing:
- Heading font — Select from curated options (serif / sans-serif / display)
- Body font — Select a companion font for body text and supporting copy
- A live preview shows the pairing in context
Click Next.
Step 6: Generate Concepts
Click Generate 20 Concepts to start the AI generation process.
- Generation takes 30–60 seconds
- Claude AI produces 20 unique SVG logo concepts based on all inputs from previous steps
- All 20 concepts are displayed in a grid
Reviewing concepts:
- Click any concept to see it larger
- Toggle between light and dark background preview
- Use the Bookmark icon to shortlist favorites for side-by-side comparison
- Click Regenerate to produce 20 new concepts without losing bookmarks
💡Review all 20 concepts before shortlisting — the AI varies structure, proportion, and weight across the set. Later concepts often refine directions from earlier ones.
Step 7: Refine Your Selection
After selecting a concept:
- The concept is shown large in a refinement workspace
- Type refinement instructions in the chat panel:
- "Make the icon slightly larger relative to the wordmark"
- "The color feels too bright — shift to a deeper shade"
- "Round the corners on the geometric shape"
- "Try the wordmark in all caps"
- Click Apply — Claude AI generates a revised version
- Iterate as many times as needed
- Previous versions are shown in the refinement history — click any to revert
ℹ️Each refinement generates a new SVG variant. Refinements are free-form — describe what you want to change in plain language and the AI interprets it.
Step 8: Finalize
When you're satisfied with the refined concept:
- Click Finalize Brand
- The wizard generates all logo variations:
- Full color — Primary logo with all brand colors
- Monochrome — Single-color version for use on color backgrounds
- Reversed — White version for use on dark or brand-color backgrounds
- Icon only — Symbol without wordmark, for favicons and app icons
- Your brand record is created with colors and typography extracted from the wizard inputs
- You're redirected to the new brand in the Brand Library
After the Wizard
Once finalized:
- Set the brand as primary if it's your main organization brand
- Export the brand kit as a ZIP to share with contractors or clients
- Propagate to the stack to apply the brand across One Stack products
- Generate collateral — business cards, social kits, email signatures, and more
Resuming a Wizard Session
If you close the browser before completing the wizard:
- Navigate to Brand Library
- Look for the In Progress badge on a brand card
- Click Resume Wizard to continue from where you left off
Wizard sessions are saved indefinitely — you can resume any time.
