QBR Presentation

The QBR (Quarterly Business Review) deck is one of the most powerful collateral types — it pulls real data from across the One Stack to generate a data-driven QBR for a specific client:

  1. Click QBR Presentation
  2. Select the client (from your Brand Library or PSA client list)
  3. Select the quarter (auto-defaults to last complete quarter)
  4. Click Generate

The AI assembles data from:

  • PSA — Ticket volume, SLA performance, recurring contract value
  • RMM — Device health, patch compliance, uptime stats
  • Security (Defend) — Threats detected, incidents, security posture score
  • Books — Total billed, open invoices, YTD spend
  • Backups — Backup success rate, restore tests, data protected

Slides generated:

  • Executive summary
  • Key wins this quarter
  • IT health scorecard (RMM)
  • Security summary (Defend)
  • Backup and continuity status
  • Support overview (PSA)
  • Financial summary (Books)
  • Roadmap and recommendations
  • Next quarter priorities
💡Schedule a QBR deck generation 2–3 days before the client meeting to allow time for review. The AI narrative can be edited directly in the HTML before presenting.

Presentation Template

Creates a generic branded presentation template for ad-hoc use:

  2. Enter a title and optional subtitle
  3. Select the number of blank slides to include (5 / 10 / 15 / Custom)
  4. Click Generate
  5. Download the HTML presentation with brand styling, ready to fill in

Managing Generated Collateral

All generated assets are saved in the Collateral tab:

  • Each entry shows: type, name, date created, and file format
  • Click Download to re-download any previously generated asset
  • Click Regenerate to create a fresh version (previous version is retained)
  • Click Delete to remove an entry (the file is also removed from storage)

Brand Consistency Score

After generating collateral, check the Consistency Score on the brand:

  1. Open the brand → click Consistency Score
  2. The score analyzes:
    • Are all color values matching the brand palette?
    • Are logo URLs resolvable and returning the correct asset?
    • Are all products using consistent typography?
  3. Score is 0–100 — aim for 80+ before going live with clients

A low score typically means some collateral or products are using cached versions of old brand values — re-propagate and regenerate.
