Getting Started with Brand
This guide walks you through accessing Brand, creating your first brand identity, and publishing your first page.
Accessing Brand
- Log in to The One Stack at your Hub URL
- Click the waffle menu (grid icon) in the top-left corner of the Hub Bar
- Select Brand from the product list
- You'll land on the Brand Dashboard showing your brand library and recent activity
ℹ️Brand requires the Brand product entitlement on your organization. Contact your account administrator if you don't see Brand in the product menu.
Initial Setup Checklist
Before publishing anything, complete these steps:
- Create your brand — Use the AI wizard or set up manually
- Upload or generate a logo — Your logo appears everywhere the brand is applied
- Set brand colors — Primary, secondary, and accent colors used across all assets
- Choose typography — Heading and body font pairing
- Set as primary — Mark your main brand as the primary brand for the organization
- Propagate to stack — Push your brand to connected One Stack products
Key Concepts
| Term | Definition |
|---|---|
| Brand | A complete visual identity record: logo, colors, typography, tagline, and voice settings |
| Primary brand | The default brand for your organization, applied when no other brand is specified |
| Client brand | A brand created on behalf of a client company (synced from PSA/CRM or created manually) |
| Brand kit | A downloadable ZIP containing all logo variations, a color palette CSS file, and metadata |
| Propagation | The process of pushing brand data (colors, logo URLs) to other One Stack products so they render with your branding |
| Wizard session | A saved AI logo generation session — can be resumed if you close the browser before finalizing |
| Collateral | AI-generated branded assets such as proposals, social media kits, business cards, and presentations |
| Landing page | A standalone, single-purpose page designed for a specific campaign or offer |
| Section | A content block within a website page — e.g., a hero, feature list, testimonials, or CTA section |
Step 1: Create Your Brand
Option A — AI Wizard (Recommended)
The AI wizard guides you through 8 steps to generate a complete brand identity:
- Navigate to Brand Library in the left sidebar
- Click Create Brand
- Select Start with AI Wizard
- Complete the wizard steps (see Brand Wizard for the full walkthrough)
- The wizard generates 20 logo concepts — select your favorite
- Refine it with chat-based adjustments
- Click Finalize to generate all logo variations and save the brand
Option B — Manual Setup
- Navigate to Brand Library → Create Brand
- Select Set Up Manually
- Enter your brand name and tagline
- Upload your logo (SVG or PNG recommended)
- Choose your primary, secondary, and accent colors using the color picker
- Select your heading and body fonts
- Click Save Brand
Option C — Import from Existing Website
- Navigate to Brand Library → Create Brand
- Select Import from Domain
- Enter your website URL
- Brand crawls the site and extracts colors, typography, and logo candidates
- Review and confirm the extracted values
- Click Create Brand
Step 2: Set Your Brand as Primary
After creating your brand:
- Open the brand in Brand Library
- Click the ⋯ (more options) menu
- Select Set as Primary
- A crown icon appears on the brand card confirming it's the primary brand
The primary brand is used by default when other products request your brand (e.g., for email headers, PDF footers, or the Portal theme).
Step 3: Propagate to the Stack
- Open your primary brand
- Click Propagate to Stack
- Select which products to update (or check All Products)
- Click Propagate
- A status panel shows propagation progress per product
💡Propagation runs asynchronously via The One Bus. Most products update within 30 seconds. Check the propagation status panel if a product shows "pending" for more than a few minutes.
Step 4: Publish Your First Website
- Navigate to Websites in the left sidebar
- Click Create Website
- Choose From Template or Blank
- Select a template if prompted, then click Use Template
- Enter a website name (internal label) and click Create
- You're taken to the Website Editor — click any section to edit its content
- When ready, click Publish in the top-right corner
- Your site is live at
{your-tenant}.theonebrand.app/{website-slug}until you connect a custom domain

Step 5: Create Your First Landing Page
- Navigate to Landing Pages in the left sidebar
- Click Create Landing Page
- Choose From Template or Generate with AI
- If using AI: enter a topic, target audience, and offer description, then click Generate
- Review the AI-generated content and edit as needed
- Click Publish to make it live
