- The library grid shows all brands with their logo, name, type badge, and primary indicator
- Use the Search bar to filter by brand name
- Use the Type dropdown to filter: All / Own / Client
- Use the Sort menu: Newest / Alphabetical / Last Modified
Brand Cards
Each card shows:
- Logo — Primary logo on a light background
- Brand name — Display name of the brand
- Type badge — "Own" (your organization) or "Client" (created for a client)

Setting a Brand as Primary
The primary brand is used by default when other products request brand data.
- Open a brand
- Click the ⋯ menu → Set as Primary
- The crown icon appears on the brand card
Only one brand can be primary at a time. Setting a new brand as primary automatically removes the crown from the previous one.
Exporting a Brand Kit
Export a brand as a ZIP for sharing with contractors, clients, or external agencies:
- Open a brand
- Click Export Brand Kit
- The ZIP contains:
- All logo variants (SVG + PNG at 1x and 2x)
colors.css— CSS custom properties for all brand colorsbrand-metadata.json— Full brand record (name, colors, fonts, tagline)brand-guidelines.pdf— Auto-generated guidelines document (if generated)
To export multiple brands at once:
- In the library, check the checkbox on each brand card
- Click Bulk Export
- A ZIP containing all selected brand kits downloads
Deleting a Brand
- Open a brand
- Click ⋯ → Archive Brand
- Archived brands are soft-deleted — they are removed from the library view but their data is retained
Brand Consistency Score
The Brand Consistency Score analyzes how consistently your brand is applied across the One Stack:
- Open a brand
- Click Consistency Score
- The report shows:
- Which products have received the brand via propagation
- Color usage consistency (are all products using the correct primary color?)
- Logo usage (are logo URLs resolvable and correct?)
- Typography alignment
- An overall score from 0–100
Use this report after propagating brand changes to verify everything applied correctly.
Media Library
All uploaded assets (logos, images, brand files) are accessible in the Media Library:
- Click Media in the left sidebar
- Browse all assets with thumbnail previews
- Use Search to find by filename, tag, or AI-generated description
- Click Upload to add new assets
- Click any asset to see details, copy the URL, or link it to a brand
Assets are automatically tagged by Claude AI with descriptive labels (e.g., "logo", "blue gradient", "geometric icon") to make searching fast.
