Mission Member Directory
The Directory is a searchable listing of community members. Access it from the Mission Portal sidebar under Directory.
Browsing the Directory
The directory displays all members whose profiles have been made available in the portal. Each entry shows:
- Profile photo — or initials avatar (first and last initial) in a rose circle if no photo is set
- Full name
- Email address — if shared by the member
Searching for a Member
A search bar at the top of the directory filters results as you type. The search matches against first name and last name (case-insensitive).
Example: typing "smi" shows members with "Smith", "Smithson", etc.
Clear the search box to return to the full directory.
Contact Information Visibility
Members' contact details (email, phone) are only shown if the organization has made them visible in the directory. This is controlled by the organization's privacy settings, not by individual members in the portal.
- Email — shown below the name if the record includes it
- Phone — stored on member records but not currently displayed in the portal directory view
Privacy and Opt-Out
If you do not want to appear in the member directory, contact your organization's membership team. They can remove your record from the directory or update your privacy settings in The One Mission administration panel.
Empty Directory
If the directory shows no entries, either:
- Your organization has not published member records to the Mission Portal
- Your organization's privacy settings hide all members from the directory
