Website & Landing Pages
Every Mission organization is automatically provisioned with a website and 10 landing pages through The One Brand integration. You do not need to set anything up — the website is created the moment your organization is created.
How It Works
When a new Mission organization is created, Mission fires an org.created event on The One Bus. The One Brand service listens for this event and automatically provisions:
- 1 website — your organization's main website
- 10 landing pages — flexible pages for campaigns, events, giving pages, sermons, etc.
This is handled silently in the background. By the time you first log in, your website is ready to build.
Accessing Your Website
- In the Mission sidebar, click Website
- The Website page shows your site's current status (Draft or Published) and links to Brand Studio
- Click Open in Brand Studio to go directly to your website's editing interface in The One Brand
Building Your Website in Brand Studio
All website building happens in The One Brand product. Mission's website page is a launcher — it does not contain a website builder itself.
From Brand Studio you can:
- Edit your website's pages with a drag-and-drop builder
- Upload photos and media
- Configure your navigation
- Publish to your live URL
See The One Brand documentation for the full website building guide.
Your Website URL
By default, your website is published at a subdomain based on your organization slug:
https://[your-org-slug].theonestack.com
Custom Domain Setup
To use your own domain (e.g., www.gracecommunity.org):
- In Brand Studio, go to Settings → Domain
- Enter your custom domain
- Brand Studio provides a CNAME record to add to your DNS
- Add the CNAME at your domain registrar
- DNS propagation takes up to 24 hours
- After propagation, your site is live at your custom domain
Website Status
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Draft | Your website exists but is not publicly accessible. Visible only to logged-in Brand Studio users. |
| Published | Your website is live and publicly accessible at your domain. |
Changes you make in Brand Studio are saved immediately but only go live when you click Publish.
Landing Pages
Your 10 provisioned landing pages can be used for:
- Specific event promotion pages
- Online giving campaigns
- New visitor welcome pages
- Sermon series pages
- Ministry-specific pages (youth, women's ministry, etc.)
Each landing page has its own URL:
https://[your-domain]/p/[page-slug]
Landing pages are built in Brand Studio the same way as your main website pages.
What's on Your Mission Website
A typical Mission organization website includes:
| Page | Content |
|---|---|
| Home | Welcome, service times, location, upcoming events |
| About | Your story, staff, beliefs/mission statement |
| Events | Upcoming events (can pull from Mission Events) |
| Give | Online giving form linked to your Mission funds |
| Connect | How to get involved — groups, volunteer, contact form |
| Sermons | Sermon archive (Church engine) |
The specific content is entirely up to you — Brand Studio is a flexible builder.
Embed your public event registration links (from Mission's Events module) on your website's Events page. Visitors can register directly from your website, and registrations flow back into Mission automatically.
Event and Giving Integration
Events: Mission generates a public registration URL for any event marked as Public. Copy this URL from the event record and link it from your website.
Giving: Online giving processed through your payment provider should flow back into Mission as donation records. Mission does not natively process payments on your website — use a giving integration (e.g., Stripe Connect, Pushpay) and record donations in Mission.
