The One Protect

User-focused protection product covering SaaS security posture management, dark web monitoring for credential exposure, and DMARC/DKIM/SPF email authentication monitoring. PSA Scheduling

Replaces Timezest integration

Built-in scheduling for The One PSA with 17 API endpoints, 5 portal-facing endpoints, and automated reminder notifications via timer triggers. Includes public booking pages that clients can use to schedule time directly with technicians. Supports round-robin assignment, availability rules, buffer times, and calendar sync.

Workflow Engine

Bus-triggered automation engine with 14 endpoints and a visual workflow designer. Create automations that fire on events like ticket.created, alert.triggered, device.offline, or invoice.overdue. Action types include creating tickets, sending notifications, updating fields, and escalating to On-Call. Ships with 10 built-in templates for common MSP scenarios like "Alert to Ticket" and "Overdue Invoice Reminder."

Cross-Product Dashboard

Unified dashboard pulling widgets from 12 products with real-time health scores, SignalR push updates, and drag-and-drop layout customization. Each widget shows key metrics: open tickets (PSA), active alerts (Security), endpoint health (RMM), backup status (Backups), and more.

Entity Sync

Bidirectional company and contact synchronization across 7 products: PSA, CRM, Books, RMM, Security, Portal, CMDB, and Voice. Includes duplicate detection with configurable match rules (name, domain, email), conflict resolution policies (newest wins, source priority, manual review), and sync frequency controls.

Agents Phase 2B

Advisor and Context Builder system agents now available. The Agents sidebar is integrated into PSA, CRM, and Defend, providing contextual AI assistance based on the current client, ticket, or alert. All 32 function apps have environment variables deployed for agent communication.

Portal Custom Domains

Cross-Product Tags, Notes, and Custom Fields

Tag any entity across products with shared taxonomy. Add notes to Hub companies visible from any product. Create custom fields (text, number, date, dropdown, multi-select) on company records with cross-product visibility.

Bug Fixes

  • CRM: Fixed SSO redirect loop that occurred when accessing CRM directly via URL instead of through Hub navigation.
  • Hub: Fixed TeamPage component crash when a team member had no assigned role.
  • PSA: Resolved intermittent cookie drops during session navigation.
  • Billing: Webhook handler now returns 400 (instead of 500) for invalid Stripe signatures.
  • Bus: Fixed 500 errors on notification count, list, and mark-all-read endpoints.
