New Features​

RMM Agent v2​

Complete rewrite of the RMM endpoint agent with reduced memory footprint (40% lower), faster check-in intervals (30s default), and support for macOS and Linux in addition to Windows. Includes a new patch management engine with pre-download staging and maintenance window enforcement.

Security MITRE ATT&CK Coverage Expansion​

Expanded detection rule library to 175 rules covering Discovery (79%), Command & Control (75%), and Exfiltration (70%). New rules target techniques commonly used against MSP environments including RMM tool abuse and supply chain compromise indicators.

Portal Redesign​

Complete UI overhaul of the client portal with responsive layout, improved navigation, and new self-service capabilities. Clients can now view asset inventories, check backup status, and review security posture scores without contacting their MSP.

Collective Community Platform​

Launch of the MSP Collective community platform at mspcollective.io. Features include discussion forums, resource sharing, peer benchmarking, and vendor-neutral product reviews. Serves as the top-of-funnel for The One Stack ecosystem.

CMDB Asset Discovery​

Automated asset discovery and relationship mapping for client environments. Integrates with RMM agent data and network scanning to build configuration item records with dependency visualization.

Bug Fixes​

  • PSA: Fixed time entry duplication when saving while the auto-save timer fires simultaneously.
  • CRM: Resolved contact merge not carrying over custom field values from the secondary record.
  • Hub: Fixed user role changes not propagating to product-level permissions until next login.
  • RMM: Resolved agent installer failing silently on Windows Server 2019 with FIPS mode enabled.
  • Backups: Fixed scheduled backup jobs skipping execution when the endpoint clock is more than 5 minutes ahead of server time.
