The One Visitor is a modern visitor management system built for MSPs managing physical access at their offices and client sites. What Is The One Visitor?

Visitor is a multi-location visitor management platform. Visitors walk up to a kiosk at reception, enter their name and details, and check in — the host is notified instantly by email. Staff can manage visitor records, track badge inventory, and view who is currently in the building from any browser. Every check-in and check-out is logged with full audit trail for compliance and security audits.
