Completion Tracking

  • Number of target users
  • Completion rate (%) — users who met the passing score

Training Content Types

TypeUse Case

VideoVideo lesson; completion tracked by playback
QuizStand-alone knowledge assessment with configurable passing score
Policy AcknowledgementUser reads a policy document and clicks "I Acknowledge"; no score required
ℹ️The One Security does not host training content — you provide a Content URL pointing to your LMS, video platform, or document. The platform tracks campaign assignment and completion status, not the content delivery itself.

Training Leaderboard

Navigate to SAT → Training Leaderboard to view a gamified ranking of users by training engagement. The leaderboard is useful for recognizing top performers and identifying users who consistently fall behind.

Auto-Enrollment on Phishing Click

When a user clicks a link in a phishing simulation, they are automatically enrolled in a remedial training campaign. This ensures users who demonstrate risky behavior receive targeted education without manual intervention.

Hub Integration

User lists sync from Hub SSO — your managed users are available as training targets without re-entering email addresses. New users added to the Hub organization appear in the user picker automatically.
