Client Reports

The One Protect generates client-facing security reports that summarize protection status, risk trends, and recommended actions. Reports are designed to be shared with client stakeholders in branded PDF format.

Monthly Security Posture Summary

The monthly posture report provides a comprehensive overview of each client's protection status:

  • Overall Protection Score — A single score (0–100) combining SaaS security, email authentication, and dark web exposure
  • Key Findings — Top issues requiring attention
  • Month-over-Month Trend — Score changes and notable events
  • Action Items — Recommended next steps prioritized by impact

The SaaS section of the report covers:

  • Security scores for each connected SaaS application
  • Score trends over the reporting period
  • New misconfigurations detected
  • Misconfigurations remediated
  • Top remaining risks with severity ratings

Dark Web Exposure Summary

The dark web section covers:

  • Number of monitored domains and email addresses
  • New breach exposures detected during the period
  • Exposures remediated (password resets, MFA enabled)
  • Outstanding exposures requiring action
  • Historical trend of exposure count

DMARC Compliance Status

The email security section covers:

  • DMARC policy level per domain (none, quarantine, reject)
  • Email authentication score per domain
  • SPF/DKIM pass rates from aggregate reports
  • Unauthorized sender attempts blocked
  • Recommended DNS record changes

Branded PDF Reports

Reports are generated as branded PDFs that can be shared directly with client stakeholders:

Customizing Report Branding

  1. Navigate to Protect → Settings → Report Branding
  2. Upload your company logo
  3. Set your brand colors (primary and accent)
  4. Customize the report footer text
  5. Click Save

All generated reports use your branding. Each report includes:

  • Your company logo and brand colors
  • Client name and reporting period
  • Executive summary on the first page
  • Detailed sections with charts and tables
  • Action items and recommendations

Generating a Report

  1. Navigate to Protect → Reports
  2. Click Generate Report
  3. Select the client
  4. Choose the reporting period
  5. Select which sections to include
  6. Click Generate

The PDF is available for download immediately and is stored in Reports → History.

Scheduled Report Delivery

Automate monthly report generation and delivery:

  1. Navigate to Protect → Reports → Schedules
  2. Click New Schedule
  3. Select the client (or select "All Clients" for batch generation)
  4. Set the delivery day (e.g., 1st of each month)
  5. Add recipient email addresses
  6. Click Save

Reports are generated and emailed automatically on the scheduled date.

ℹ️Scheduled reports use data from the previous calendar month. For example, a report scheduled for the 1st of April covers the month of March.

Portal Visibility

Clients with Portal access can view their protection status directly:

  • Current protection score and trend
  • Active dark web alerts
  • DMARC compliance status per domain
  • SaaS security scores for their connected apps

Client visibility is controlled per client in Protect → Settings → Client Access.
