Compliance Reports

The One Compliance provides a suite of reports for tracking compliance posture, communicating progress to stakeholders, and preparing for audits.

Gap Analysis Report

The gap analysis report shows the current state of compliance across all active frameworks:

  • Controls grouped by status (Compliant, In Progress, Non-Compliant, Not Started)
  • Missing evidence items per control
  • Recommended remediation actions for non-compliant controls
  • Trend data showing compliance improvement over time

Generate from Compliance → Reports → Gap Analysis.

Evidence Status Report

The evidence status report focuses on the health of your evidence collection:

  • Evidence items by freshness (Current, Expiring Soon, Expired)
  • Auto-collected vs. manually uploaded evidence breakdown
  • Evidence coverage percentage per framework
  • List of controls missing required evidence

Generate from Compliance → Reports → Evidence Status.

Framework Progress Report

The framework progress report tracks your journey toward compliance for a specific framework:

  • Readiness score over time (line chart)
  • Controls completed per category
  • Remaining work by category with estimated effort
  • Milestone tracking for audit target dates

Generate from Compliance → Reports → Framework Progress.

Board/Executive Summary

The executive summary is a high-level report designed for board members and leadership:

  • One-page compliance posture across all frameworks
  • Key risk areas and recommended actions
  • Audit readiness status and target dates
  • Quarter-over-quarter improvement trends
  • Resource allocation recommendations

Generate from Compliance → Reports → Executive Summary.

ℹ️The executive summary is designed to be shared with non-technical stakeholders. It uses plain language and visual indicators rather than control IDs and technical details.
