Studio App Builder
The One AI Studio is a no-code app builder within the AI Platform that lets MSPs create client-facing AI applications without writing code. Build custom portals, intake forms, and automated workflows powered by AI.
Creating an App
- Navigate to Studio from the AI Platform sidebar
- Click New App
- Choose a template or start from scratch
- Configure the app's name, description, and access settings
App Types

Building with Blocks
The visual builder uses a block-based system:
- Input blocks — Text fields, file uploads, dropdowns, rich text
- AI blocks — Send prompts to models, classify text, extract data, summarize
- Logic blocks — Conditions, loops, branching based on AI output
- Output blocks — Display results, send email, create ticket, update record
- Integration blocks — Connect to PSA, CRM, or external APIs
Drag blocks onto the canvas and connect them to build your workflow.
Publishing
- Preview the app in the builder
- Configure access — internal only, specific clients, or public
- Click Publish
- Share the app URL with users
Published apps run on your organization's subdomain and respect AI governance policies.
