The One Agents

The One Agents is the AI operating layer for The One Stack. It connects all 32 products through a single event-driven automation platform — watching every signal across your MSP, reasoning about what matters, and acting on it automatically or with human approval.

What The One Agents Does

Every product in The One Stack publishes events to The One Bus — a unified event mesh. The One Agents subscribes to all of them. When an event matches an agent's trigger and conditions, the agent executes a workflow of steps: AI reasoning, product API calls, human approval gates, notifications, conditional branches, and waits.

All tiers include all four system agents, the full template library, and client intelligence across every product. Custom agent limits apply only to org-created agents — system agents are always on and don't count against the limit.

The One Agents sits at the center of the platform, wired to every product through The One Bus:

  • PSA — Dispatch Agent auto-classifies and routes every incoming ticket. Guardian Agent creates security incident tickets from Defend alerts.
  • Defend — Guardian Agent enriches and escalates security threats. Critical detections trigger isolation workflows with human approval gates.
  • On-Call — Agents page the on-call technician for P1/P2 incidents. Approval gates coordinate response across the on-call rotation.
  • Books — Billing workflow agents trigger on overdue invoices, payment failures, and expiring contracts.
