The One Fleet
The One Fleet is a vehicle and fleet management platform built for MSPs that send field technicians to client sites. It tracks every vehicle in your fleet — maintenance schedules, GPS location, fuel costs, driver assignments, inspections, and parts inventory — so operations staff can stay on top of compliance, reduce downtime, and control fleet costs.
Who Uses It
| Role | How They Use Fleet |
|---|---|
| MSP Owner / Operations Manager | Monitor fleet health, review cost reports, ensure compliance deadlines are met |
| Fleet Manager / Dispatcher | Assign drivers to vehicles, schedule maintenance, track vehicle locations, manage fuel cards |
| Field Technician (Driver) | Complete pre/post-trip inspections, log fuel fill-ups, report issues |
| Finance | Review fuel cost trends, cost-per-mile analysis, maintenance cost summaries |

How It Fits in The One Stack
Fleet is the vehicle operations layer for MSPs with field teams. Dispatchers in PSA can query Fleet to see vehicle locations and assign the nearest available tech. Fleet events flow to The One Bus for cross-product notifications.
| Integration | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Hub | SSO authentication and organization context |
| PSA | PSA dispatchers can query vehicle locations and assigned drivers when scheduling field work |
| Books | Usage-based billing for Fleet entitlements |
| The One Bus | Vehicle, maintenance, and GPS events emitted for cross-product workflows |
